Encouraging satisfied customers to share positive reviews on popular sites can significantly enhance your business’s online visibility and drive more traffic to your website.
With Payzli POS Business Reviews, you can effortlessly request feedback from your customers and efficiently manage it. Enabling this feature gives you the flexibility to enable or disable review links individually for platforms like Yelp and Google, giving you control over your online reputation. Additionally, you can direct all reviews to a private feedback email, enabling you to monitor feedback and address any concerns promptly. So, don’t hesitate to ask your customers to “show some love”!
To set up Business Review:
- Access Administration from the main menu of your Payzli POS account.
- Click Business Reviews from the left navigation.
- On this page, enable Ask for Customer Reviews by turning On the toggle. By default, it’s Off.
- When Ask for Customer Reviews feature is enabled, you can view Public Review Link:
- Google Review Link: Enter link to your Google review page. Using the toggle next to it, you can turn it On or Off.
- Yelp Review Link: Enter link to your Yelp review page. Using the toggle next to it, you can turn it On or Off.
- Private Feedback Email: To receive private feedback from customers, enter the email address in the Private Feedback Email text box.
- Once completed, click Save.
That’s it – the Payzli POS Review feature is now ready to use!!!
