Rewards Program

Payzli POS introduces two advantageous programs for both your business and customers: the Rewards Program and the Reward Redemption Program.

The Rewards Program incentivizes loyal customers by granting reward points for service usage or purchases, which they can later redeem for discounts or rewards. Meanwhile, the Reward Redemption Program empowers businesses to craft personalized rewards and redemptions tailored to individual customers, thereby enhancing engagement and loyalty. These initiatives not only bolster customer interaction but also furnish your business with valuable insights into customer preferences and buying habits, aiding in refining overall marketing strategies. Plus, you get to say “You’ve earned it!” – truly a win-win scenario!

Update Reward Programs

  1. Access Administration from the main menu of your Payzli POS account.
  2. Click Rewards from the left navigation to view existing Reward Programs.
  3. Click the three vertical dots (menu) next to a reward and click Edit.
  4. Clicking Edit opens a slide-out panel on the right to update:
    • Program Type: Program types such as:
      • Per Visit
      • Per Amount Spent
      • Per Item Service or Category

Refer to the table below to know the editable fields for each Program Type, as the available fields vary depending on the type.

Per Visit Per Amount Spent Per Item Service or Category
Default Reward Program Type is Per_visit. Default Reward Program Type is Program Type: Per_Amount_Spent. Default Reward Program Type is Per_Item_Servce_Or_Category.
Enter the Reward Code. Enter the Reward Code. Enter the Reward Code.
Description: Brief description of the program. Description: Brief description of the program. Description: Brief description of the program.
Min. Sale Amount Per visit: Enter the new minimum sale amount to avail reward points. Amount Per Point: Product Categories: Add or Remove Product Categories.
Min. Sale Amount to gain points: Enter the minimum sale amount to gain reward points. Status: Using the toggle you can Activate or Deactivate the program. Products: Add or Remove products.
Status: Using the toggle you can Activate or Deactivate the program.   Service Categories: Add or remove categories.
    Services: Add or remove services.
    Status: Using the toggle you can Activate or Deactivate the program.

View existing Reward programs

  1. Access Administration from the main menu of your Payzli POS account.
  2. Select Rewards from the left navigation, where you can view existing Reward Programs.

Rewards Programs are pre-configured so, you can only edit them to suit your requirements. You cannot add a new program or delete an existing one.
