Using Payzli POS, both Services and Service Categories can be effortlessly created and managed through a centralized system with a user-friendly interface. However, as time passes, certain categories may become obsolete or unused. By eliminating unnecessary service categories, you enhance the user experience, ensuring customers receive only relevant and consistent services across all branches.
To delete a service category:
- Access Administration from the main menu of your Payzli POS account.
- Select Services from the left navigation and go to Service Categories tab.
- Next to each category, you can view options to Edit and Delete.
- Click Delete.
- Select Yes to the confirmation message Are you sure you want to delete this service category? Otherwise, click No.
