Sales Insights: Customer Context

Understanding customers’ sales data, such as their purchased products and utilized services, offers valuable insights that can inform actionable strategies. These insights can elevate marketing initiatives and bolster customer retention by precisely addressing their individual requirements. Furthermore, this data facilitates efficient inventory management by ensuring the availability of high-demand products, thereby enhancing forecasting and planning efforts. By harnessing this information adeptly, you can elevate customer satisfaction and secure a competitive advantage in the market.

Forecasting sales data can feel akin to predicting the weather – you can make educated guesses, but a little luck never hurts!

To view sales of a customer:

  1. Access Customers from your Payzli POS account.
  2. One the Customers page, you can view existing customer in grid or list view.
  3. To view the details of a specific customer, simply click on their name and you will be taken to the Customer details page. 
  4. Then, select Sales the left navigation of the Customer details pageto view sales details
  5. You can view the products and services the customer has purchased, along with the Date, Time, Total Sale amount, Tip Amount, Technician name, and Rewards Used.
