With Payzli POS, booking appointments for your customers becomes a breeze. Say goodbye to long waits on the phone – now you can simply sit back, relax, and let Payzli handle the task for you!
To schedule an appointment for a new customer:
- Click New Appointment from any page of your Payzli POS account.
- Select a Service using the + Add Service button.
- Using Search box, you can easily find the desired service. Service Duration will be listed next to each service.
- Once selected, click Next to proceed; otherwise, click Cancel.
- Technician and Price will be displayed on the next screen.
- Alternatively, use Search box to find technicians.
- Technician and Price will be displayed on the next screen.
- Click Next to select a Date and Service Time Slot suitable for the customer.
- Click Next to view the Appointment Summary:
- Branch name
- Service name
- Technician name
- Date of appointment
- Time of appointment
- Contact Info: Toggle to enter either email or phone.
- To book another service, click Add Service and follow through steps 2 through 7.
- Ensure everything is in order and click Book Appointment to confirm.
