Sales Report

Payzli POS Reports provides your business with valuable insights on Sales, Money Owned, Profitability, and Productivity. These insights will help you make data-driven decisions to achieve your business goals.

The visual depiction in your Sales Report is of the sales amounts (on the y-axis) over the selected timeframe (on the x-axis), along with detailed tabular data breaking down the sales, offers invaluable insights. Armed with a profound understanding of your top-selling products or services, you can uncover opportunities to refine marketing strategies, thereby improving both upselling and cross-selling tactics. Here, insights take center stage, poised to steal the spotlight!

1. Access Reports from your Payzli POS account.
2. On the Reports page, you’ll see an abridged version of Sales Report.
3. Click the > icon to get the full view of Sales Report.
4. In the full view, you can see a line graph for the selected and the corresponding sales number.
5. Using Filter icon, you can refine the view based on the following options:
   • All
   • Today
   • Yesterday
   • Last 30 Days (default view)
   • This Week
   • Last Week
   • This Month
   • Last Month
   • Last Six Months
   • This Year
   • Last Year
   • Custom
   • Current Pay Period
   • Last Pay Period
6. Below the graph, you can view tabular data showing breakdown of the report:
   • Date: Sale date
   • Service Sales: Breakdown of sales by Service.
   • Services done: Number of services offered for a date.
   • Product Sales: Breakdown of sales by Products.
   • Products Sold: Number of products sold for a date.
   • Coupon Discount: Breakdown of discounts given via coupon.
   • Reward Discount: Breakdown of rewards given.
   • Cash paid.
   • Card Paid.
   • Refund: Any refunds given.
   • Tips: Total tips received for the day.
   • Total Taxes and Fees: Total amount of tax received for the day.
   • Total Amount Paid: Total amount paid by Customer for the day.
   • Gross Sales: Total amount earned through service and products, including tips.
   • Net Sales
7. You can Sort the results by:
   • Date
   • Service Sales
   • Services Done
   • Product Sales
   • Products Sold
   • Coupon Discount
   • Reward Discount
   • Refund
   • Tips
   • Total Tax
   • Total Amount Paid
   • Total Sales
