Find Appointments

With Payzli POS, you have the ability to effortlessly create, update, and cancel appointments, embracing a modern approach that saves you both time and money!

Search for Appointments

From any screen, click on Appointments. Using the Search box, you can search for appointments using keywords of customer, service, or technician name.

Filter Appointments

Using the Filters option, you can tailor your search results based on your requirements as well as keep track of upcoming appointments to plan ahead. You can filter appointments by:

1. All: Shows all appointments  
2. Today: Shows appointments for the current date.  
3. Yesterday: Shows yesterday’s appointments.   
4. This Week: Shows current week’s appointments (Sunday to Saturday).  
5. Last Week: Shows last week’s appointments (Sunday to Saturday).  
6. This Month: Shows current month’s appointments (1st till current date).  
7. Last Month: Shows last month’s appointments (1st to last date of the month).  
8. This Year: Shows current year’s appointments.  
9. Last Year: Shows last year’s appointments.  
10. Custom: Shows appointments based on custom date range. 

Sort Appointments

You can sort search results by:

1. Date Ascending
2. Date Descending
