Appointment for Existing Customer
Using Payzli POS Appointments, you can be sure all appointments are booked within the branch’s and staff’s work hours for the selected time, reducing the risk of conflicting schedules and cancellations.
- Access Customers from the main navigation of your Payzli POS account.
- By default, you’ll see the Customers listing page. To view the details of a specific customer, simply click on their name and you will be taken to the Customer details page. To book a new appointment for the existing customer without going into their customer details, click the calendar icon in the upper right hand corner of their customer listing.
- From the Customer details page, click New Appointment.
- Select the + Service button at the bottom.
- Once a service has been selected, click Next to proceed. On this page, you can see the selected service and the duration of the service.
- Select a technician. Their charges are shown next to their name.
- Once selected, click Next to select a Date & Time suitable for the customer.
- Note: The time slots are shown based on the Business Hours configured through Administration > Business Settings > Business Hours as well as the Technician’s Hours configured through their user profile.
- Click Next to view the Appointment Summary, including Service name, Technician, Date, and Time.
- At any stage of booking, if the customer changes their mind, click Cancel and return to the Customer details page.
- To book another service, follow through the steps 3-9 for each new appointment. .
- Ensure everything is in order. Then, click Book Appointment to confirm.
