Payzli POS Inventory provides a centralized solution for adding, updating, and managing products, along with the ability to add, update, and delete product categories and suppliers. Categorizing products enhances the customer experience and facilitates targeted marketing. However, unused or redundant categories may confuse customers. By removing such categories, you can prioritize those that truly enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
To delete a product category:
- Access Administration from the main menu of your Payzli POS account.
- Click Inventory from the left navigation.
- Head to Product Categories to view existing categorization of products.
- Next to a category, you can see options to Update or Delete.
- Click Delete. You will see a confirmation message – Are you sure you want to delete this service category?
- Click Yes to proceed; otherwise, click No.
