Customer Communication

By keeping an eye on Email and SMS communications with customers, you can monitor their level of engagement and respond to their concerns or questions in a timely manner.  

By sending targeted promotions and reminders via email and SMS, you can drive sales, increase revenue, and encourage customers to return for repeat services. Regular communication helps sustain their interest and keeps them involved. Afterall, nothing says “engagement” like timely communication! ? 

  1. Access Customers from your Payzli POS account, where you can view existing customers.  
  2. To view the details of a specific customer, simply click on their name and you will be taken to the Customer details page. 
  3. Then, select Communication from the left navigation of the Customer details pageto view:  
    • Email: View past email communication with your customer and send a new email.  
    • SMS: View past text communication with your customer and send a new SMS. 
    • Comment: View past comments (and attachments) exchanged with customers and add new comments.  

Send Email

    1. From Customer Details page, click Communication from the left navigation
    2. On the Communications page, Email is the default tab.  
    3. To send a new email, click + New Email
    4. Clicking + New Email opens a Compose New Email dialog box. 
    5. The Sender field shows the Office365  account set up using My Profile
    6. Enter an intuitive subject line for the email. 
    7. Adjust the headers, font, and size. 
    8. Add your email body or message.  
    9. Double check everything – Just to be sure! Hit Send.  

    Send SMS

    1. From Customer Details page, click Communication from the left navigation.
    2. Go to SMS tab and select + New SMS to send a new SMS. 
    3. Clicking +New SMS opens dialog box  
    4.  The Senders field shows the logged in user’s name and phone number.  
    5. Enter your message in the text box below  
    6. Double check everything – Just to be sure! Hit  Send.  

    Add Comments

    1. From Customer Details page, click Communication  from the left navigation.
    2. Go to Comments tab and type your message in the text box at the end of the page and upload a file (if needed). 
    3. Double check everything – Just to be sure! Hit Send.
